SOUTH KOREAN STATE VISIT

The compound, designed to accommodate 600 animals and up to 1,000 people over a three-week period, required meticulous planning and execution. Evolution Site Services delivered a comprehensive solution, constructing various essential structures, including tents, cabins, catering facilities, and toilets, all supported by a reliable power infrastructure. The team ensured uninterrupted functionality through constant monitoring and on-site management.

Security was a top priority due to the presence of animals, and the team installed a secure Heras Fencing perimeter to protect the compound. To support daily operations, Evolution Site Services managed water and waste systems, monitored power supplies, and maintained plant equipment and vehicles, ensuring diesel availability at all times. A fleet of buggies was also deployed to facilitate efficient transportation across the expansive site.

​At the conclusion of the event, Evolution Site Services conducted a thorough de-rig process, dismantling all structures and restoring the Emirates Palace grounds to their original pristine condition.
