The South Korean State Visit at Emirates Palace was a landmark event, and the Evolutions Site Services team played a crucial role in its success.
With the responsibility of constructing and managing a compound inside Emirates Palace, the team was tasked with creating a comfortable and functional environment for 600 animals and up to 1000 people for three weeks in preparation for the South Korean Presidents visit to the nearby Qasr Al Watan.
The Evolutions Site Services team rose to the challenge by constructing various structures such as tents, cabins, toilets, and catering tents, all supplied with power and constantly monitored to ensure full functionality. With the presence of animals in the compound, security was a top priority, and the team installed a sturdy Heras Fencing perimeter.
In addition to the construction of the compound, the Site Services team was also responsible for daily site operations such as water and waste management, power, and plant management, including having all plants and vehicles always filled with diesel. With the compound being large, the team also provided a fleet of buggies for easy transportation around the site.
At the end of the event, the Site Services team was involved in the de-rig process, ensuring that the grounds of Emirates Palace were left in the same condition as when they arrived. This involved a detailed process of removing all structures from the site, leaving the palace
