THE FOUNDER'S MEMORIAL

Evolution was selected as the event production and operations agency for the inauguration of the Founders' Memorial on the Corniche in Abu Dhabi. Evolution provided a dedicated team to oversee all the various logistical and operational challenges for the event.
 
As part of the scope of work, Evolution set up the entire event site infrastructure, provided technical, scenic and site production as well as general project management. The event saw the attendance of approximately 600 VIP and VVIP guests.
 
Evolution was able to determine a practical layout early in the process, using the existing venue layout advantageously to reduce build requirements and costs. Given the sheer scope of the site requirements, it was of key importance to negotiate good rates for the many tents and site service suppliers operating within the site.
 
Site Services was tasked with setting up a large Sheikha’s VIP Majlis structure to accommodate these guests. We looked after crowd control throughout the venue to ensure guests' safety at the event. Our team installed all the site lighting for the event and we supplied the event with branded buggies to take guests from the venue parking to the entrance of the venue. We used scissor lifts, JCB telehandlers, Cherrypickers and Boom lifts that made event setup run like clockwork.
