OFFICE + PRODUCTION CABINS

Air-conditioned temporary workspaces for production teams, event management, contractors, security, accreditation, medical personnel and site operations. These modular cabins provide reliable, climate-controlled environments for planning, coordination and day-to-day site management. Available in single and double-width configurations, they can be fitted out to support specific operational needs — from production offices and accreditation points to medical rooms and security control — ensuring teams have a practical, professional base throughout the event.

ABLUTIONS + WELFARE



From practical workforce facilities to premium male and female VIP ablution units, supported by the water, waste and servicing arrangements required to keep them operational. Our range covers everything from robust crew toilets and wash facilities through to higher-specification VIP units with improved finishes and privacy. All units are delivered with the necessary temporary infrastructure — water supply, waste collection and regular servicing — to ensure reliable, hygienic operation throughout the event.

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES



Dedicated People of Determination units and accessible facilities for temporary event and project environments. These specialist cabins and ablution units are designed to meet accessibility requirements, providing appropriate space, fittings and access for guests and staff with reduced mobility. Positioned thoughtfully across the site, they ensure inclusive provision as part of the overall temporary infrastructure.

SECURITY + ACCESS



Compact security booths and operational cabins for entrances, compounds, checkpoints and controlled areas. Designed for rapid deployment across event sites, these units provide a secure, weather-protected workspace for access control, accreditation checks and site security teams. Positioned at key entry points or within back-of-house compounds, they support controlled movement of personnel, vehicles and materials while maintaining clear visibility and operational efficiency throughout the event.

STORAGE



Secure 20ft and 40ft shipping containers for the safe storage of equipment, materials, consumables, furniture, merchandise and operational stock. Positioned within the back-of-house area, these units provide weatherproof, lockable capacity that keeps critical inventory organised, protected and readily accessible throughout the event. Containers can be configured for general storage, dedicated workshop use or specialised stock holding, supporting efficient site operations from load-in through to strike.

REFRIGERATED STORAGE

Temperature-controlled storage solutions designed for catering, hospitality, food and beverage operations, and other specialist requirements. Our refrigerated containers and modular cold stores provide reliable, on-site chilled and frozen capacity — keeping ingredients, prepared food, beverages and temperature-sensitive materials at the correct conditions throughout the event. Units can be positioned within the back-of-house area, connected to temporary power, and supported with the necessary servicing arrangements to maintain consistent performance from load-in to load-out.

WATER + WASTE



Fresh-water tanks, sewage tanks, pumps, hoses and supporting services for temporary facilities without suitable permanent utility connections. These systems keep ablution units, catering areas and other temporary facilities fully operational by providing reliable water supply and waste removal throughout the event. Units can be positioned and serviced according to site layout and demand, ensuring continuous, hygienic performance from load-in to load-out.

A production manager, security team and senior client representative will not necessarily need the same kind of workspace. Before recommending a cabin, we look at who will use it, how many people it needs to accommodate, what they will be doing and where the unit will sit within the wider site.

Our cabins can be used as production offices, event management spaces, contractor facilities, security centres, accreditation offices, medical rooms, green rooms, broadcast facilities, client offices and general site administration.

For larger projects, several units can be positioned together to create an organised temporary compound, with shared welfare facilities, storage and utility connections planned around the teams using them.

OFFICE FACILITIES

A temporary ablution unit is only as reliable as the infrastructure behind it. Water supply, pressure, waste capacity, cleaning, servicing and access for support vehicles all need to be considered if the facilities are going to perform properly throughout the event.

Evolution Site can provide the tanks, pumps, hoses and connections required to create a complete temporary system. Where needed, we can also coordinate water replenishment, sewage removal, cleaning, consumables and ongoing operational support.

This means the facilities are not simply delivered and left on site. They are supported throughout the project so that they remain clean, functional and ready for use.

ABLUTION UNITS

Standard containers provide robust temporary storage throughout build-up, live operations and de-rig. Where goods need to be kept at a controlled temperature, refrigerated containers can also be incorporated into the site infrastructure for catering, hospitality, food and beverage operations and other specialist uses.

Where a container is positioned can make a considerable difference to how useful it is. We consider loading access, security, operational routes, proximity to working areas and the equipment required for delivery and removal before the unit arrives.

STORAGE CONTAINERS

Refrigerated storage options are available according to project requirements.

Not every project needs a compound. Sometimes the requirement really is one office, one security booth or one storage container, and that is fine.

At the other end of the scale, major festivals, sporting events, exhibitions, government programmes and public events may require extensive temporary facilities supporting hundreds of people across several compounds.

Our role can range from straightforward equipment rental and delivery to compound planning, installation, utility connections, servicing and ongoing site support.

Production and event management offices, contractor compounds, workforce welfare areas, broadcast compounds, security and accreditation facilities, catering support areas, medical facilities and long-term temporary project offices.

Water and waste capacity should be planned around expected demand, not simply the size of the unit being supplied.

The number of facilities, anticipated usage, operating hours, project duration, available connections and access for servicing vehicles will all influence the solution.

Where required, our operational teams can coordinate water replenishment, sewage removal and routine monitoring throughout the project, helping to prevent interruption during busy live periods.

Where required, cabins can arrive configured with furniture, lighting and air conditioning. Water, waste and power infrastructure can then be installed alongside them to create a complete working facility.

Before handover, the units and associated services are checked so that teams can move in and start working without having to finish the infrastructure themselves.

For sites with restricted access, limited lifting space, unusual ground conditions or challenging locations, our team can develop an appropriate delivery and installation plan as part of the wider site operation.
