Live events rarely happen in the same place twice. One week a project may be delivered inside a major convention centre, the next within a temporary structure built in the desert, alongside a waterfront or across a historic public space. Successful delivery depends on more than proximity—it relies on experienced teams, specialist resources and the ability to mobilise efficiently wherever a project takes place.
The Evolution Group has been built around this reality. With permanent operational facilities in Dubai and Riyadh, supported by specialist companies covering event management, scenic fabrication, technical production, temporary infrastructure, furniture, hospitality environments and operational support, we regularly deliver projects throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
Rather than limiting our services to the cities where our facilities are located, our teams are designed to travel, adapt and operate wherever clients need us. Every project benefits from the same planning, governance, logistics and collaborative delivery model, whether supporting a conference in Dubai, a festival in Riyadh, a sporting event in Jeddah, a cultural programme in AlUla or a temporary event site in a remote destination.

Every location presents its own opportunities and challenges. Some projects take place inside world-renowned convention centres, while others are built from the ground up on remote sites with no existing event infrastructure. Over the years, Evolution has supported live experiences in city centres, heritage destinations, waterfronts, sporting venues, exhibition halls, beaches, islands, deserts and temporary event sites across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
Delivering successful events is about understanding the location as much as the production itself. Climate, access, logistics, power, venue regulations, audience movement and local authority requirements all influence how projects are planned and delivered. Our experience across such a diverse range of environments allows specialist teams to adapt confidently, wherever the next project takes place.

EVERY LOCATION HAS DIFFERENT CHALLENGES
Supporting live experiences across the UAE, Saudi Arabia,the wider GCC and selected international locations involves far more than transporting equipment from one location to another. Every destination presents its own operational, logistical and regulatory requirements, from venue access and authority approvals to transport planning, temporary infrastructure, power distribution and site safety.
Our project teams work closely with clients, venues, government authorities, production partners and local suppliers to coordinate the practical elements that keep projects moving. Depending on the scope, this may include event permits, venue technical submissions, risk assessments, method statements, traffic management planning, crowd management strategies, logistics scheduling, customs coordination, health and safety documentation and environmental management.
Whether delivering inside an established convention centre or building a temporary event environment from the ground up, our focus remains the same: careful planning, professional execution and reliable delivery that allows clients to concentrate on the experience itself.

We've been fortunate to deliver live experiences in some incredible venues across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, but there are still plenty we'd love to add to the list. Every venue presents different opportunities, different challenges and a chance to create something memorable.
